Notes

Ran treadmill. New Bal 730. 67*. 1st 2.5 miles @ 1% inc then flat. Increased speed the last 1/4 mile. Wanted to take a walk break after 2 miles, but powered through it. Had a good cadence, felt like I didn't push enough with legs. From looking at charts it appears after hr gets over 140 I start struggling with wanting to take walk break.
