Treadmill after weights. Felt tough. Sauc Mirage. Right knees was in pain. 1% incline 1st 2 miles then flat. sped up .1 every 1/4 for 1 mile from 2 - 3 mi then 6.2 for .75 mi last 1/4 sped up and last .1 ran at 7.2 tough a lot of it is mental not wanting to continue and some just pain in knees.
