Brookstone, Robins Run, Northwestway 40* Sauc Kivarna. Lots of walk breaks to keep HR in zone. Looking at my average though I feel I'm leeting my HR fall too much during walk. Think I'll start to just slow down and allow my HR to be over the max instead of walking. Felt good. Left knee slight pain. Only about 5 minute warm up, 10 minute cool down.
