Notes

Treadmill after weights, chest. 67* Sauc Kiv. 2% incline 1st mile, then 1.5% incline for 2nd, lowered to 1% incline for remaining time. Had to keep the speed way down to keep my HR in zone, probably avergaged 5.0 or under. I think the footpod calculated extra distance because of the incline.
