Brookstone. Interval. Skeechers go run 2. 36* Rain and 20 mph wind. 800 m interval with 400 m rest. Didn't push as hard as would have liked. would have liked to keep 1/2 mile under 5 minutes, really should be in the 4:30 range, but I was going up and down small hill and wind.
