Brookstone. Interval. Bare Access 2. 66* 0 mph wind 88% humidity. The goal was 3 intervals, I was able to get a little more than 2 in but not the recovery or cool down. 2 x 1 mi. with 1k recovery 1.5 mi warm up. Tough. Interval @ 9:39/mi pace, Recovery @ 10:44/mi pace, and warm up @ 10:18/mi pace.
