Treadmill

Notes

Treadmill. After leg workout. 1% incline for 1st 3 miles then flat, had at 6.2 lowered to 6 for 1 mile then 5.8 for 1 mile. Took 2 walk breaks. I was trying to keep my HR at 141, but couldn't do it without almost slowing down to a walk. Good workout overall, no pains.
