Notes

Treadmill Easy 72* Bare Access 2. Increased the incline 0.5% every 10 minutes then did that for 2.5 minutes and back to 1%. Towards the end I had to really drop my pace, but I thought overall it was a good workout. After the treadmill I did 15 minutes on the StairMaster at level 4.
