Treadmil after weights, Chest. 67* Sauc Kiv. 5 min warm & 5 min cool down. 1% incline to start varied throughout ending with apporx 1/2 min @ 15% incline. Probably averaged about 2.5% Very slow to keep HR in zone and still feel sluggish. Imagine that I am sick and not just alergies. Throat is a little soar late in evening while typing this. I've been feeling disappointed with workout results. Not sure if it is I'm sick, over trained, tired, or more weight that has caused me to slow down so much.
