Treadmill. 67* Skeechers Go Run2. 1% incline first 2 miles, then .5% incline for mile, then rest flat. 600 meter intervals x 8 with 400 recovery. For interval speed to 6.7 except for last one increased up to 6.9 for short duration. Recovery lowered to 5.5 eventually down to 5.2, last two lowered to just walking at 3.5. Felt good, definitely tough.
