Treadmill 0% incline most of it after warm up. Skeechers go run. .5 mile warm up 1mile cool down. 5 x 600 with 400 cool down. Intervals were at about 7.1, cool down were at 5.3; however last two 3.5 for approx half distance. Difficulty breathing, but HR didn't get too far out of range. So, it would appear I need to push myself harder. The 2nd interval looks to have the highest HR. 67*
