Treadmill. 0% incline. Bare Access 2 Orange. Interval workout. Started at 6.0 for 10 minutes then 6.2 for 10 minutes then 6.4 for 10 minutes then 7.4 for 1 minute 7.7 for 30 seconds 8.0 for 30 seconds repeated that 3 times, with a walk break after each interval of 2 minutes. Then back to 6.0 for 8 minutes. Very tired and legs felt heavy.
