This went a lot better than I expected! My legs (especially the right one) felt like complete cr@p during the warm-up. So much so that I contemplated bagging it 1/2 mile into the warm-up. Decided to stick with it and just see what I could do. Surprised that my legs felt a bit better once I started to pick up the pace. I will take that as a good sign.
Legs still don't feel good, but I am a bit more encouraged...
