Hit the treadmill because it was easier to fit into the schedule and I wanted to break in a new pair of shoes for the marathon (without gunking them up outside in case they were issues).
Overall, I think this went well. Not sure about the HR? Is this about where you would expect it to be for pace work?
Looking back at my PR marathon -- I guess this HR is about right...
