God times. Did five miles on my own and then a few of the DR runners decided to join me for the rest of the workout. Told them that I would be doing 10 repeats of 30 seconds at 5k effort -- they didn't quite get that and tried to go with me for the first two or three. After that, they settled into their own pace.
Felt decent on the pick up portions, but glad I wasn't running a 5k today. ;)
