Nice run with Shawn and Regina. This was Shawn's pace run for Grandma's in two weeks.
Two mile warm-up and cool-down. Then 2 mile step downs to get to goal marathon pace.
Plan was:

2 @ 7:20
6 @ 7:10
2 @ 7:00
Looking at the splits, I think we did pretty well!
