3 sets of 1600, 1200, 800, 400, 200 -- all with 200 recovery. 400 recovery between laps
Since I was doing this indoors, I just adjusted to even laps.
Plan was to start around 6:00/mi. and get 10 seconds faster per interval. Paces were a bit all over the board due to the swerving caused by the busy track. Overall, I think the effort was appropriate even if the numbers aren't right on...
Paces for each interval are a bit misleading due to rounding of the distance interval. Distance should be 0.163265306, but is rounded down to 0.16. The goal per lap times were as follows:
