Notes
This one was a bit of a struggle:
1. The weather sucked
2. I have a cold
3. The weather sucked!!!
Oh well, warmed-up with Doug, Anthony and Rick and told them which way to head, then hit it. First rep, checked the pace after a minute and knew I wasn't going to be where I wanted, but just tried to stay on it and get faster with each successive rep. Just see what the day held. Was pleased with the second set. :)
LONG cool-down in the rain (did I mention that the weather sucked?).
Turned out to not be that bad a run. Good company and quality effort.
