Had to jump in because Doug seemed to start a bit early -- so I missed him for the first lap and a half. Goal was to do a 6 mile continuous run at the following:
1 Mile @ Tempo (2:14 Lap)
1 Mile @ GRP (2:20 Lap)
1 Mile @ Tempo (2:14 Lap)
1 Mile @ Interval (2:02 Lap)
1 Mile @ GRP (2:20 Lap)
1 Mile @ GRP (2:20 Lap)
After the GRP we reassessed and decided to do these at closer to 2:50 Marathon paces because Doug didn't feel he was going to be able to get down to interval paces (I wasn't sure I could either). Good efforts on these. A bit fast on the last 6 laps, but not too bad...
