Supposed to be 2x4x800 with first 400 of each at around 6:00/mi. pace and then next 5 seconds or so faster.
Decided to cut it to 2x3x800 to be a bit cautious. Felt pretty good throughout. Only concern is that the heart rate is still a bit higher than it should be.
Other than that, fairly happy with my first speedwork in THREE MONTHS!
