Doug's called for a total of 12 miles @ GRP -- Was fairly certain that I didn't have that workout in me from the start, so I just kind of did what I could. The heat and the humidity were atrocious!!! When my HR is > 145 at long run pace, you know that I am working hard. So, got 6.5 miles @ GRP or faster in. I am OK with that.
