Just not my day today. Couldn't hit the paces that I wanted to to save my life.
Workout was 3x5k with the first two @ half marathon goal race pace and the last at whatever you have left. Failed miserably. Just couldn't get into a rhythm. Glad that I stuck with it as much as I did.
Oh well, one workout isn't the end of me. Keep at it and see where I end up...
