Let's try something a bit different here...definitely fits in well right now.
~2 miles easy
5 x 3:00 Hills at ~6:10 to 6:00/mile
(2:00 jog)
Start the first 1:15 at 1% incline and then up the incline to 4% for the last 1:45. If 4% seems a little too easy then feel free to move the incline to 5%.
Run easy afterwards to get you to 7 or 8 miles.
