Good little workout. Just got into a groove and went with it.
I was mindful to ease into the pace instead of hammering right off the bat. Was fairly steady at between 134 and 138 until around the halfway point and then started to see a bit of a drift of the HR. Backed off the pace to maintain the effort level whenever the HR started to stabilize at 2 BPM above the goal. With 5:00 left, I let the HR drift up to 143 for the finish with the last 1:00 @ 6:15/mi.).
