Struggled with how quickly to get the HR up to 143 the first two intervals. As we progressed, got the HR up a bit faster, but toward the end it would creep into the 145 range (as we got into the 2nd 5 minute section). Last 4 minute section, I just let it go and then picked it up over the last 1:00.
Was never really exceedingly difficult, but started to feel like I was pushing a bit during the last interval.
