Called an audible on the workout since it was just Pat and me running. His workout was last three at his half marathon goal race pace and figured I could work with him. Legs definitely tired today and I am going to say that those shoes are DONE! Just achey the entire time. When we got to the GRP for Pat, he was gone. Said the GRP was 6:52, but he was going to shoot for 6:40 since he thinks his goal is too light. He was GONE from the get go. I chased him for the first two miles and then ran him down in the last one. Nice hilly loop, so I will call this a good workout even if not what was on the schedule.
