COMMENTS: 3 sets of 4x400 with 200 meter recovery -- .25 recovery between sets.
Supposed to be run in 6:20 to 6:30 pace -- Ran all of these too fast...
Was running with another MNREDr -- didn't feel like we were pushing too hard...
Decided to step up the last one and did it in 1:20 (low 5s pace...). Felt good!
