Supposed to be one hour at around GRP effort. Hilly route and the footing was atrocious!!!
Did the first 8 miles @ long run effort (56:42 -- 7:05/mi.). 2nd loop did what I could to get down to pace. Given hills and the footing, fairly happy with the effort (32:52 -- 6:34 mi). Stopped @ 13 just because...
