Notes

Wasn't totally sure what my splits should be -- was trying to do the math in my head as I went along. Felt surprisingly good throughout.

Plan was

4 sets as follows:

800 @ 10k pace (5:45ish)

1:00 static recovery

1200 @ marathon pace (6:18ish)

400 recovery in around 3:00
