Decided to move tomorrow's workout up to today when I had a couple of meetings cancel. That way, I don't have juggling issues with tomorrow's run with the team and taking the mileage too high.
Decent workout, but felt like I was running faster than the pace shows (at least my legs felt like they were really turning over at closer to < 5:30 pace). I hope that this will translate to things feeling easier on Sunday.
