Solid workout today. I think I still had a little junk in the legs from running a bit too hard yesterday, but not terrible. Rounding has the splits a bit off. Was working to make sure that we were at the proper pace for the first reps and then just went after it for the last one.

Nice to be working with Brian, Doug and providing a target for Olivia.
