Notes
Took it nice and easy at the start. Was REALLY humid out. Felt like I had just finished swimming. The progression looks a little better than it was. Had a couple off intersections to deal with and then at around 2.6 miles in I caught a large bug in the mouth and had to stop to try to spit that out.
Other than that, a good quality run.
