Nice run with Brian, Cam, Dan, Christian and Kori. Cam ran the first 10ish with us. Dropped him at the car and then got the last part in. Roads were nice on East River, but pretty much sucked everywhere else. Lake Nokomis was especially sucky!
Nice to be getting the mileage up again and the HR zone is starting to edge back to where it should be.
