Notes
This was a solid run that was accomplished due to stubbornness. My head wasn't in it from the jump and I was struggling. Just kept telling myself to get through one more set. Had a short break during first rep to get my head right and a biffy break in the second. After that, just kept pushing and ignoring the watch as much as possible. It was always nice to get mile split before I expected it. Anthony was running strong and working with him made this possible. Happy to provide couple of surges to keep him honest when he relaxed a bit during a couple off the later reps. I wish I could say that this was easy or comfortable, but that would be a lie. It was a lot of work, but I am very pleased with the effort/result.
