Fairly happy with this workout after the fact. During the first portion of it, was kind of in a dark place due to how easy it was looking for Brian and Anthony -- and they were just pulling away from me. At some point, I just decided that I was going to do my best to chase them and make it the best workout I could do today. I think I was very successful in that and ended up turning this into something solid. Probably a bit more work that it should be for these paces, but happy with the outcome. That 3 mile cool-down was a bit rough...
One more brick in the foundation.
