OK, so I had watch programming and reading comprehension problems. Supposed to be 75% bodyweight for the 20 minutes and then 85% for the two 7 minute portions. Got that reversed. Not sure what happened with the recovery leading into the 7 minute portions? Oh well, got it done and felt pretty darn good today.
