Nothing like counting down the entire interval. 180 seconds left, two minutes, 90 seconds...
Got it done though. Crazy how varied the pace is on a treadmill when you set it the same for each interval (first 4). Used foot pod to calculate, but was set right on 10 mph. Some showed fast, some showed slow? Go figure.
Happy with the workout. Took some mental focus, but just kept knocking off another interval...
