Notes
Nice morning for a run. Dew point and humidity a little higher than I would like (glasses fogging up), but I am not going to complain. Ran down to the LRT to meet up with Jim Kappel and Ron Hoffman. Ran 7 miles with them and then turned around and headed home (they were going 18). On the way back, stopped for a drink at Freeman Park and met up with another runner that I have seen around (Rick Larsen). Ran the last few miles back to the Victoria house with him and then cruised it on home.
All in all a very nice run. HR was manageable and felt fairly relaxed. Probably should have backed it off a bit...
