Not sure what was going on tonight. I had no intention of running this fast. Just settled into an easy rhythm and let the laps falls as the may. Kept the HR fairly low most of the way.

Picked it up for the last 8.5 laps just to stretch the legs out.

Fairly pleased with this run given the pounding I put on the legs last night!
