Fair run today. Nice group and nice weather. Legs didn't feel overly energetic and the pace for the faster minute portions felt much more difficult than I would like.
I think the legs were a bit tired from yesterday and the ankle is still making me work a bit more than I would like. Three more weeks until I can give it a good break...
