Cut this a bit short because of the low week. Didn't figure there was any real point to banging out 1 to 14 miles when I had only done 13 before today.

Good workout! Felt pretty solid. Other than the blister guard rolling up on my foot, I would say that the blister was a non-issue and the achilles felt fine.

Back at it full force tomorrow.
