Bagged the 300s after about 50 meters when the left hip flexor and glute locked up. Better to save that for another day.

A bit disappointing because I felt like I was hitting this workout right where I should for my fitness level. Really thought that I could run these in 5:50ish pace for the first few and then drop the last one (like I did with the 400s).

Oh well, it is what it is. Still a quality day!
