Well this was absolute horse$hit!!! Plan was 2 x 6 miles at GRP with 10 minute recovery. After three miles of not being able to actually hit GRP, I bagged it. Just not my day? Poor fueling yesterday? Just not strong enough mentally? Not sure what it was. I just know that I m pretty frustrated. Three weeks out from the goal race, I was hoping to crush this!!!
