COMMENTS: Decided on my base training goals for the winter -- to use a football term, I want to move the chains. Goal is to pick up the pace on my long/easy days but keep the HR below 135. Put it to the test today. 10 miles for me in 1:12:48 -- AVG HR 135. HR is a bit high given there were a few 190s that danced out in the firs mile (not enough liquid on the HRM). So, I will call today a success...
