VERY relaxed run. Entertaining watching the freak show that is the gym. The woman by me on the treadmill with probably 30 towels was pretty funny. Towel on shoulders, two tucked into front and back of shorts and then a pile more on the arm of the elypitcal. Toweling off her upper body and legs frequently and then reloading towels. Crazy...
Just ran nice and easy. Included 0.25 @ 6:58 pace during mile 8 just to stretch out the legs...
