Wow, this was a lot of work. The hills and the ankle made this tougher than it should have been. Decided to focus more on effort than pace and I think that paid off. Might have been working a bit harder than the appropriate effort, but really wanted to push a bit.
Not sure what I have in me for Brian Kraft? Right now I would be happy with < 17:30. 8 days to get my mind right to get after it. Then a week of recovery and hope to get serious for the real racing season.
