Notes
Must have either stepped on something or went a bit far in the flats on Saturday. Left foot feels like I stepped on a rock in the ball of the foot. Probably the 2nd or 3rd metatarsal. More of an ache than anything.
Will take it easy today and see how it feels tomorrow.
