Just ran some fartlek for 25 minutes. Used 5:52 and 10:54 as my base ranges. For the uptempo portions, moved the pace faster or kept at 5:52 and varied the length of the interval. Anywhere from 30 seconds to one minute in duration.

Didn't bother to keep splits of fartlek intervals. Just ran...
