OK, this one was a major struggle to get through. Legs and hips were very sore for the first 7 or 8 miles. Just tried to keep stepping. Then they loosened up a bit when I started to pick up the pace a bit. Ended on a good strong note.
Going to need to step up the stretching and starting hitting the roller and the stick. I think the transition to higher mileage, running lots of circles (or slipping and sliding on ice) has caused things to get really tight...
Glad I fought my way through this and happy with the overall result.
