Solid Effort!!! Workout was as follows:
2x1 Mile @ Interval Pace with 400 recovery
4 Mile @ GRP
Recovery was a bit long because it was further back to St Thomas
2x800 @ Interval Pace with 400 recovery
The interval pace was a bit of a stretch, but still within the realm of not being too much. Felt fairly decent on the GRP -- other than the swarm of bugs we kept running through!!!
